Together, we are co-designing, guiding and experimenting with founders and established organisations to collectively transform the economy.
This way, we are bringing the ancient concept of regeneration into business strategies and ways of collaborating, forging a “third space” where values meet viability.

Who we are
We are Alex and Zuza, a duo of sustainability advisors, strategic designers, imagination activists and the co-founders of The Art of Possible. Deeply committed to regeneration, transcending the principles of sustainability, we believe that it’s possible to not only preserve, but also restore and enhance our systems.

What we offer​
Immersive Experiences
We create spaces, which allow participants to embody change, explore new concepts, and envision a regenerative reality. For this, we collaborate with experience designers, food system experts, and other systems thinkers.
Workshops & Strategy formats
As facilitators, we offer singular of a series of concise and effective workshops in which we make systemic and internal business challenges visible. We offer an intensive, yet targeted engagement with regenerative business practices.
Educational
Formats

We are in development of accessible educational formats in connection with a resource database. The goal is to enable people outside our direct collaboration to gain practical insights into regenerative business models and systemic change.
Why we believe in regenerative business?
We advocate for a transformation beyond traditional paradigms of growth and technology, by taking the tough, but value-aligned path of rooting our work in democratic and intersectional feminist principles.

to systemic transformation.
Our mission is to transform the very concept of “business” and “consultancy”, leaving extraction and short-sidedness behind, to nurture interconnectedness, humbleness, and experimentation.
Sustainability efforts, while necessary, tend to focus on “doing less harm” rather than forging pathways to systemic transformation. This is where the concept of regeneration, which we weave into all our activities, comes into play –seeking to restore what has been lost in ecosystems and communities.

Our approach
Our approach is characterized by combining scientific fundamentals, creative design practice, and experimental application. Working interdisciplinary and across sectors, we involve actors from education, research, business, and activism in our projects.
We experiment and co-design with pioneering businesses in navigating complexity, building resilience, and managing environmental grief as well as overwhelm. Our focus lays on bridging visionary ideas with practical, impactful implementations, while prioritizing the health of both people and the planet.
